Q: Could you let me know what folders, files and processes should be excluded from AV scanning for smoother operation ?

A: Normally we would recommend to exclude these:

C:\users\{account name}\.cbp (.cbl for CloudBacko Lite) folder
C:\ProgramData\CloudBacko Pro (or CloudBacko Lite)
and also the temporary directory selected

If you are wanting to exclude the process, you can exclude the bJW.exe processes.
