Exclusion of CloudBacko in your Antivirus software

Q: Could you let me know what folders, files and processes should be excluded from Antivirus software scanning for smoother operation?

A: Normally we would recommend to exclude these:

• C:\users\{account name}\.cbp (.cbl for CloudBacko Lite) folder

• C:\ProgramData\CloudBacko Pro (or CloudBacko Lite)
  

• and also the temporary directory selected

If you are wanting to exclude the process, you can exclude the “bJW.exe” processes.
