====== Backup ====== ---- In CloudBacko Pro, you can manually trigger a backup, or set schedules to run automated backup at specified time. \\ ===== Automated Scheduled Backup ===== ---- Follow these steps to configure schedule for running automated backup: 1. Click the Backup Sets icon on the CloudBacko Pro main interface. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-070.png?200}} 2. Select the backup set that you want to create a backup schedule for. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-071.png}} 3. Click Backup Schedule. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-072.png}} 4. Turn on the backup schedule by switching the “Run scheduled backup for this backup set” feature to On, then click the + icon next to Add new schedule. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-073.png}} 5. Configure the backup schedule settings on this page, then click OK when you are done with the settings. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-074.png}} 6. Click Save to confirm the settings and exit the Backup Schedule menu. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-075.png}} 7. After configuring the backup schedule, backup job will be run automatically according to the start time in your schedule. \\ ===== Start a Manual Backup ===== ---- 1. Click the Backup icon on the main interface of CloudBacko Pro. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-062.png?200}} 2. Select the backup set which you would like to start a backup for. \\ {{public:o365-mail-win-063.png}} 3. If you would like to modify the In-File Delta type, Destinations and Retention Policy Settings, click Show advanced option. 4. Click Backup to start the backup.
