Q: Could you let me know what folders, files and processes should be excluded from Antivirus software scanning for smoother operation?

A: Normally we would recommend to exclude these:

  * C:\users\{account name}\.cbp (.cbl for CloudBacko Lite) folder

  * C:\ProgramData\CloudBacko Pro (or CloudBacko Lite) \\

  * and also the temporary directory selected

If you are wanting to exclude the process, you can exclude the "bJW.exe" processes.
